Fox Hills Wedding , Plymouth MI

Jeff and Amanda say “I do!”

Talk about luck of the draw – Jeff and Amanda’s wedding day was seriously the nicest weather day of the year! It’s always daring to plan an outdoor wedding in October in Michigan, but nothing to worry about for this one….it was perfect!  Amanda is my brother’s best friend’s daughter and I also had the pleasure of photographing her senior pictures and all of her cousins’ senior pictures.  It makes it extra fun for me when there are so many familiar faces in the crowd….including my parents! From the father of the bride’s speech to the rocking dance floor, this wedding was so special!

Pine Lake Country Club Wedding, West Bloomfield MI

Chrissy and Ethan say “I do!”

No amount of rain or wind could stop this wedding from being one of the most epic of the year!  Chrissy and Ethan said their “I do’s” at the beautiful St Hugo of the Hills Chapel with an out of  this world reception at the Pine Lake Country Club.  Walking into their reception actually took my breath away; the decor, lighting, romance of all the candles – everything was perfect!  Here are some of my favorite images of their day.

I can’t thank Dionne Haglund from the Shooting Gallery enough for being such a wonderful second photographer, talk about going above and beyond – she’s seriously a super star photographer…thank you!!!

Inn at St Johns, Plymouth MI Wedding

Michelle & Andrew say “I do!”

From the moment the day started I knew I was going to be part of a wonderful wedding!  Any wedding that involves a dog party has to be fantastic!!!  There were puppies, dogs, one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen, and then top it off with one of the most gorgeous and sweet couples on the planet!  Michelle and Andrew got married and had their reception at the Inn at St Johns which is always a favorite of mine, there are so many places to take photos you could shoot for hours.  Here’s some of my favorites from their day, and in case you missed their engagement session click here.

Special thanks to the fantastic and super talented Nick Wisda for being such an excellent partner in crime for the day!

Crystal Gardens, Howell Wedding

Stephanie and Shawn say “I do!”

This wedding was extra special to me because I got to photograph the first look and bridal party pictures on my property!  When it came up in conversation on where to do the pictures, I jumped at the chance to do it in my very own back yard.  The weather was perfect, adorable couple, fun bridal party, and a location I’m VERY comfortable with!!!  Here’s some favorites of the day.

Special thanks to Julie Laakso from JCL Portraits for being such an awesome partner for the day!
