Whenever a potential client calls to talk about possibly booking me to photograph their wedding the wedding venue is always a topic of conversation. I was not familiar with the War Memorial, so I obviously “googled” it the first chance that I got. My jaw dropped!!! It is every bit as spectacular in person as some of the photos on the Internet. I feel so lucky this year to have my business really takeoff, I’m meeting the most fabulous couples, and now I’m getting some of the coolest venues in Michigan. I love brides that wear their hearts on their sleeve and the love that Erin and Dave have for each other really shines through, it made it so difficult to narrow it down to show a sample of what their day was like. Their wedding is always going to hold a special place in my heart. I’ve never cried so much while making a slideshow before, the emotion that all the family members show towards eachother really could make anyone envious.
PS. Erin if a big anniversary party is ever in the works for your grandparents, let me know, I’m in! Any couple that can be married for 65 years + and still look at each other with that much love are my heros!!
